Since Otis has taken over, I have noticed many improvements. They blacktopped the entrance, replaced some doors, cleaned the hallway in my inside unit, and have painted and made tho ha looms so much better. I feel secure knowing the new owners/managers take pride in caring about the property and me, as a renter“

The staff at Otis Self Storage are so personable and responsive! Since taking over, they've made noticeable improvements in the facility and continuing to do so. I love that they appreciate their customers! I highly recommend choosing local instead of the big box storage places.
