Great service from the new owners. I had a terrible experience with the previous owners(all purpose storage). In the process of moving things out my unit froze and I was unable to get the rest of my items removed before the 1st, causing me to have to pay another month in rent. The new owners got rid of the bill and also helped me clean out my unit. They informed me if I ever needed a unit again that I am welcomed back.“

The move in and move out process was so smooth! I moved my things out on a Friday night and forgot to call to cancel. first thing monday morning got a text asking if I wanted them to complete my move out process for me! Aly was the one who offered to move me out and it was done in seconds over text! It was so easy, and I am so grateful that my forgetfulness didn't have to cost me any extra money. They were wonderful and I can't wait to rent with them again in the spring!!! :)“
